Guest guest
>>> <sandalman44 Hello to all. i was atending a group KY for two months ago and are only women in the grup and i ask and say me is almost ladies in KY I don´t have probles whit that but i want know. Is true that some asanas and mudras are only for women´s? >>>> Kundalini yoga is for everyone. You can be male or female to partcipate. Yoga, in general, attracts more women than men. I've taken different classes in various locations, and there has never been more than one male in each class. It's kind of a shame. I'd love to see more of a balance of genders getting involved in yoga. Hmmm... I wonder what we can do to promote this? Angie
Guest guest
Sat Nam, > Is true that some asanas and mudras are only for women´s? Sometimes the hand position is different and that is given by the teacher. Some asanas are very important for women to do and some are very important for men to do. For example, camel for women and frog pose for men. > And if some can helpme i want learn to tie a turban for men´s > please explainme step by step As I wrote to you off line, find a man in Mexico city to help you tie a turban. Words are not going to do it. Sat Nam, Rattana
