Hello Jeanette, The more you chant or listen to these mantras, the closer you will be to your higher Self. Many Kundalini Yoga kriyas are practiced with some of these mantras. They are there to uplift you, anytime, all the time. Enjoy... Sat Nam, Alina
Guest guest
A question about the Sadhana Mantras: Are there any regulations regarding their use? Like, can the cd be played throughout the day and is it appropriate for me to sing them throughout the day or are they just to be used during morning Sadhana? I love the music and mantras and enjoy them during the day but if they are considered just to be used in the space of sadhana, I'd like to respect that. The only thing is not to get too into the mulmantra which is the second one starting with Ek Ong Kaur Sat Nam in the car. This is not a car manta. It can take you out of your body if you chant it for a long time in the car. 7 minutes should be ok, if you pay attention to your driving.
