Guest guest
Hi to All and a warm welcome to all of our new rs. I am currently compiling a new FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) - covering the basics of Kundalini Yoga. Although I can get a lot of material from our list archives, if anyone, in particular amongst our teachers, has any suggestions as to questions that they may be asked regularly by their students, please pass them on to me - off list - to kundaliniyoga-owner I will be most grateful for all such input. The FAQ will occupy its own page on the Kundaliniyoga Web Site and I may also program the list so that its current version is broadcast on here on a monthly basis, mainly for the benefit of our more recent rs. Guest guest
Hi Santiago You have asked this question repeatedly over the last couple of weeks. Gururattan has already told you to go speak to a turban-wearer in Mexico City - there must be some around! I do not wear a turban and have never worn a turban, so I am certainly unable to help you in this. I also believe that it is something that you can only learn by a direct demonstration and not via a mailing list. Finally, this is not really on-topic for a Kundalini Yoga list. Please do not ask this again on here.
