Guest guest
I have been using the Stretching exercises given in the Web downloads each morning and also the first set of naval centering exercises each weekend day. How much of the warm up set should be done prior to the centering set. I am 51 years old and new at yoga and in fact just joined a Kundalini Yoga class near by for once a week. Would twice a week class be more beneficial? From the little that I have been exposed so far, I enjoy it and beginning to feel the benefit. As much as you want and have time for. Atleast warm up your spine and stretch your legs and back.
