Guest guest
Hi, While engrossed in your exercises do not forget the art of being open to the emptiness of the mind. - Jeff On Fri, 14 Jan 2005 Kathy Smith wrote : > > >Hi, I have been doing kundalini yoga for about six months and would like >instructions including yoga exercises and meditations. > >Thank you. > >Kathy Smith jg

Guest guest
Dear Gurjinder Singh, Sat Nam! I am glad you have joined us. >I am in Theatres field, but I am having one problem. When I am rehearsaling >or on Stage to perform my part. I get nervous This is natural. You can do long deep breathing before to calm yourself down. Do Alternate Breathing. Inhale left, exhale right, inhale right, exhale left. Close nostrils with the thumb and finger of the right hand. Slow the breath down to 4 or less per minutes. I am not an actor, but acting is about acting. So maybe you could be more an actor and less yourself. And have some fun. That could be less stressful. Any actors out there with some suggestions? Triple mantra is good to overcome obstacles. I am going to post the full expanation in my next NMB for Gemini. Many blessings, Gururattan Kaur
