KY lecture transcripts and video classes on 3ho.org

Hello All,

 

I was recently browsing through the 3HO website and found a treasure trove

of Kundalini Yoga lecture transcripts from Yogi Bhajan. They are available

at this URL:

Those of you who, like me, do not live close to a KY center, can take

advantage of Yogi Bhajan's live online classes. There is a small

subscription fee ($29 will get you a month of classes - about 4 per month -

and access to the video archives of the previous classes) but it is well

worth it! Right now the live broadcast service is being restructured but

please check back on the site for future developments.

 

A big thank you to Gururattan Kaur for the information on how to ask for my

spiritual name. I couldn't find the online form on yogibhajan.com (it could

have been removed) but I will gather all my courage and email Yogi Bhajan.

Uh, I am getting myself into a lot of trouble: once I get a spiritual name

I will have to live up to it. No way out : ) !

 

It is the beginning of March and I wish you all a beautiful and happy

Hi Alina: Only this time when you get what you ask for, it won't be so bad,

will it. I too am thinking

of asking for my spiritual name. My teacher's name has 'shiva' as a portion of

hers. I believe that deep

down inside we are already living up to our name and just don't realize it. And

probably too that once we

are given a spiritual name that just might help to clear it up!
