I go to a lady who is a light worker and she also does many other types of therapies..Last time i saw her,she held my thumbs down gently which created a sensation in my arms..... Now since then when i go to my yoga class and we do our body awareness relaxation exercise,i get this premendous power and energy in my arms...it is so overwelming that i cannot concentrate on the exercise..its like a power that i could almost throw.... Does anybody have any experience with what this could be.....?? I will be seeing the lady soon,but was interested in your input.. The arms are an extention of heart chakra. I would use that energy to open up my heart. Feel the energy going between the hands and arms through the heart.
