Hello Santiago,

Here are the words for the Rakhay Rakhanahaar mantra:

Rakhay rakhanahaar aap ubaaria-an

Gur kee pairee paa-ay kaaj savaari-an

Hoaa app day-aal manaho na visaari-an

Saadh janaa kai sang bhajaval taari-an

Saakat nindak dusht khin maa-eh bidaari-an

Tis saahib kee tayk Nanak manai maa-eh

Jis simrat sukh ho-ay sagalay dookh jaa-eh

The translation that Yogi Bhajan gave is:

Thou who saves, save us all and take us across,

Uplifting ang giving excellence

You gave us the touch of the lotus feet of the Guru,

and all our jobs are done.

You have become merciful, kind, and compassionate;

so our mind does not forget Thee.

In the company of the holy beings you take us from

misfortune and calamities, scandals, and disrepute.

Godless, slanderous enemies - you finish them off in an instant

That great Lord is my anchor.

Nanak, keep firm in your mind, by meditating and repeating

His Name,

All happiness comes and all sorrows and pain go away.

You also asked about the translation of Jap Ji Sahib. You can find it

online, as well as the translation for the Siri Guru Granth Sahib, at

http://www.sikhnet.com/s/GuruGranthSahib

The steel bracelet symbolizes your link to God. I hope somebody can give us

more details on this since I don't know too much about it.

Sat Nam,

Alina

This is the beautiful translation to pauree 25 done by Manmohan Singh. You

can find it online at http://www.punjabonline.com/sikhism/jap_home.html

Good many are His bounties, these cannot be recorded.

He is the great Giver and has not even an iota of avarice.

The multitudes of warriors beg from the Infinite Lord.

Good many beyond reckoning, ponder over Him.

Many pine away to extinction in wickedness.

Some continually take gifts and yet deny them.

Many foolish devourers continue devouring.

Good many endure distress hunger and perpetual chastisement.

Even these are Thine gifts, O Bestower!

Liberation from bondage is effected by God's will.

No one else has any say in it.

If any fool dare intervene

he shall know how many lashes he receives on his face.

The Lord Himself knows everything and Himself gives.

Again few are those who acknowledge God's gifts.

Anyone whom the Lord grants wisdom to praise and eulogize Him, O Nanak! is

the (spiritual) king of kings.
