Dear Natalie,

 

One easy exercise for the second chakra is spinal rotations. Move in a

circular motion from the navel center ( 2 inches below the actual navel).

Also long deep abdominal breathing. With the breath, practice containing

and expanding the energy in the whole abdominal area.
