Guest guest
Could anybody please tell me what is the correct way to do Sat Kriya? My KY books don't seem to agree. One says it has to be done with Mul Bhand when you say Sat and relax on Nam, and another one says you just have to contract the navel point on Sat and relax on Nam. Is there a correct way to do this or are both ways okay? Thank you and blessings, Alina
Guest guest
(I'm referencing Guru Prem Singh for this information. About a year ago Yogi Bhajan aksed GPS to go out and correct the postures of KY teachers in the US -- we were getting "sloppy" so to speak) You shouldn't "actively" apply the Mul Bhand. It should apply itself naturally. Initially, it will be a subtle lock. Over time and as your Sat Kriya becomes perfected, it strengthens.
