Sat Nam,

There are many exercises and meditations for the heart chakra. The most

simple is to place your hands on your heart, look down towards your heart

with your eyes closed and be present to the sensations in your heart, front,

back and in between. Do this in meditation and lying in bed before going to

sleep at night and before getting up in the morning. You will start feeling

a warmth in your heart. When I did this the warm feeling was so wonderful I

couldn't take my hands off my heart. It took a couple of weeks to get to

this stage.

You may want to check out my book YOUR LIFE IN IN YOUR CHAKRAS which is

available at www.yogatech.com. There are exercises to activate each of the

chakras.

Sat Nam,
