If anyone wants to , please follow these. DO NOT post requests to the list - nobody is going to you - you have to do it all by yourself, just the same way as you d originally all by yourself! Sorry if my tone appears a bit strained, but I have had a number of complaints about this today, both on and off list. It is all so unnecessary. To everyone else, hope you are having a better day than me. Sat Nam! I am a manager of an e-group list myself, but the traffic is low enough that i can do the moderation manually (usually not more than 20 posts a day with 180 members) i know that e-groups and onelist are merging soon so i wonder what kind of new options this will give us as list managers....?? many e-mail programs DO have filters... but i don't know how we can use it with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" since EVERY post from KYList has the word UNSUBSCRIBE at the bottom of the post... oops it may just filter them ALL out... =( i think the problem many people are experiencing is that never read the entire post, as the UNSUBSCRIBE directions are located way at the bottom of the posts too bad the directions could not be moved to the top instead where the people can see it.... i guess i let the UNSUBSCRIBE posts really get to me as they are often impolite and screaming.... haha...and this one did it one too many times for me ! hehe i wonder what they thought they were getting into when they signed up for the KYList....?? i always think of Yoga people as very gentle and peaceful.... =) blah blah blah anyway..... This reply comes merely from information, something that I have tried not to do, but in this case, I am still waiting. Colors and visions coming to the third eye is good. Being able to focus and concentrate upon them is even better. Up to this point I have been able to do. But, . . . Upon realization, or signs of it, is the complete absence of any visual or audial stimulation. You are completely enmeshed with all things and therefore notice nothing. Sight, sound, touch, smell, everything is wrapped up in the complete absorbtion of the Self. I amd still waiting. I hope that made sense. I grew up in a "Suburb" of Dublin known as "Da-Bronx"(south) For me and those ive grown up with, St.Patricks day has always been the beginning of Springtime, and an end to the Winter. The transition from Pisces to Aries. A time to recognize and feel, and indeed Live the Awakening experience of The Re-birth of the land, and indeed, our own awareness as beings:-) This year, at the time of the Parade in Noo-Yawk it was snowing, whilst I was putting in tomato plants here in Texas. Suredly by "Faith", and something called "Begorrah", Kundalini must be alive and well in Old Ireland as it is throughout the known Universe. Who would have it be any other way???:-) Mike(in Texas:-) In the words of the Great Guru Of Da-Bronx... "When I come to a fork in the road, I take it!"...Yogi Berra.
