Guest guest
Sat Nam, I agree with Adam that the thing we are trying to attain at the third eye is the ability to focus our attention. When both eyes can focus on the same point the mind begins to calm down. We begin to look at the world from a more universal and not dualistic vision. We may or may not see things. If we can glimmer even a small point of light and focus on that we can begin to experience a unilateral focus. That is why staring at a candel flame is a technique often taught to tune into the third eye. Again the lesson is to tune into what IS. The more we move our attention to the point within our head that focues our attention, the more we will experience what IS. And there is a vast universe in there.
