Dear Friends,

I wanted to add to my post about the energy in the spine. It can be

experienced so many different ways-- up, down, in particular places. There

is no predictable sequence. I get different sensations at different times,

during yoga practice and at other times.

It is a real paradigm shift to switch our awareness to what IS happening

from mental concepts of what we expect or want to be going on. But that is

one of the basic goals of all spritual practices.

Sat Nam,

Gururattan Kaur
