Guest guest
It would be helpful to all of us on this list if those writing would make sure the subject heading actually shows the subject of the e-mail presented......not just what was there when you hit the reply button. That way we will know the example below was about a question on Sat Nam rather than 911 Virus as was the heading. Thanks. Patti << Hi Doria Thank you for the mail. It is a question that we are frequently asked. I am currently preparing a new FAQ covering such matters - it may take some time before it sees the light of day - it is only one of many jobs that I am working on right now. To answer your question, Sat Nam is the "Bij" or seed mantra of Kundalini yoga. Sat means the Truth; Nam means to call upon, name or identify with. Sat Nam means Truth is my identity and I call upon the eternal Truth that resides in all of us. It is pronounced to rhyme with "But Mom!" A careful perusal of the Web Site - kundalini yoga will reveal the answers to this and many other questions about Kundalini Yoga. Sat Nam! Guest guest
Hi Patti You are correct. It is normally something that I am careful with - on this occasion it slipped through - probably because I was doing things at a rush because of my busy schedule, but that is no excuse. It is a while since this sort of stuff was mentioned on here, and I would take the opportunity to remind everyone to ensure that, as well as the subject heading relates to the message content, that all non-relevant parts of the previous message are removed from your reply, especially old trailers and headers, apart from the previous sender's name. Finally, please try and keep the message content relating to Kundalini Yoga - I will not sit back next time the subject of babies and grandparenthood rears its head! ;-) Sat Nam!
