Sat Nam,

TIP = If the pressure in the third eye is too intense then you need to be

less mental and more present to your breath and the feelings in your body.

Visualization is a mental activity. Try focusing your attention and

experiencing what you experience without trying to making anything happen.

Experiencing what is is a very different activity than trying to make

something happen. It takes less energy, produces more energy and may

relieve some of the pressure.

Thank you for your tip. I suspected I was too much mental, although

the pressure was not _too_ intense, but strong only. What I

esperienced as a strange thing is that I was not visualizing by me,

but I got this idea without intension. Perhaps it means I am only on

the first step in going deep.

Gururattan Kaur, it is very important for a beginner how I am to have

insight by you. Thanks from the hearth!
