Sat Nam,

If anybody could help me with this I would be really grateful... I have a

friend who is gravely ill. She is going to have surgery but I don't know how

much hope there is. She didn't know and she is very scared. And another

friend who is heartbroken over this... He does KY and is a very wise person,

but still I know the pain... And I would like to help them both.

I have been practicing mainly the two main healing mantras I know - Ardas

and Ra Ma Da Sa. Anything else you would recommend? I know it will make a

difference. It has to. Energy doesn't go to waste... I am just wondering

what is the best way to channel it. What is the best way to hold somebody's

hand even if you are not there...

Thank you and blessings,

Alina

Dear Alina,

The mantras you mentioned are wonderful for healing.

The highest healing prayer and intention is "Thy Will be done." We don't

want to get in the way, we want to clear the way. They have even done

studies and this prayer was the strongest. Simply and humbly open the space

of light and love and let the highest of expression of Divine Will be done.

That is a very sweet, heart-centered intention. Simply hold them in your

heart.

Dear Nancy,

The whole mantra is actually "Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung". I hope this will

help you and your dear ones as well...

Thank you Gururattan as always for your kind help...

I did not know the healing mantra, 'Ra Ma Da Sa,' and will use it along with

Sat Nam Rasayan, as I clear a

way for 'thy divine will be done.' Thank you.

Alina, I will hold you and your dear friends in my heart often this weekend

at my mom's.

Blessed be, Nancy
