The recommended posture to do this meditation is to sit in easy pose, have your elbows bent and down by your sides and your hands bent at the wrists, palms facing up and angling out to the sides at 45 degrees from the body. Look down at the tip of your nose, eyes 1/10 open. It will be a bit uncomfortable on the wrists, but it is known as a powerful healing meditation. Hope this helps.
