Well a few weeks ago when walking in the book store, the Kundalini book jumped off the shelf to me. I caried this book in my car for a week thinking it was a book on my boyfriends religion, because I was in frount of the Hindi section. one day I started to read the Kundalini book and thought wow, I have been wanting to take a yoga class. That is what brought me here.
