Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am new to this list and to yoga, too. I participated in my first Kundalini class on Tuesday and I loved it. I have wanted to try yoga for quite some time but have a hard time fitting anything into my crazy schedule. I was inspired by an ad in our local paper to attend a class, and was especially delighted to find a close friend of mine is the instructor. I felt very comfortable with her. I have recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, and am hoping this will help physically as well as spiritually. I am excited to learn from your experiences and share mine. Guest guest
Hello Kristen, It's nice to meet you, I was on our List before, then unsubbed and now am back, because I missed all of you here. and your inspirational inputs. I am in my mid 50's, and started studying yoga in my mid 20's, , also have chronic arthritis, since my mid 20's, and every day I thank God for giving me the inspiration to enter into yoga and have it become a natural part of my daily living... I'm more flexible today, than I have ever been and the inner strength and healing power that you receive through hatha yoga is so beneficial I do hope you become inspired to make yoga a part of your daily living... and once again welcome., Sat Nam, Zeta "If you always do what interests you, then at least one person is pleased. -- Katherine Hepburn" zzee434 zeta
