Guest guest Posted May 11, 2000 Report Share Posted May 11, 2000 Sat nam I've used them with very good success; I'm the one who posted a query as to where to get them, haven't found them yet- The series that I am familiar with is 5 tapes- as follows I think- love, relationships, addiction, self-esteem and 1 more (anxiety maybe). They are music only, no words. I think if possible you should listen before you buy bec I find some of the renditions unpleasant to listen to. The 2 I have used are addiction and self-esteem. The results are remarkable. Re self-esteem that is so intangible I am not as sure of that one. But I did feel better when using that tape. The addiction one I use when I want to stop drinking. And it absolutely works. And the more I listen the better it works. It is also good to listen while you sleep. Please let me know if you find them.
