I've looked through most of the material I have but it's mostly just vague references to them. I'm particularly interested in their position in relation to the spinal column and any general info on what they signify/symbolize as well as how to break through them. Sat Nam, I have written about the 3 knots in my book YOUR LIFE IS IN YOUR CHAKRAS in the chapter "Three Gates to Freedom." The rest of the book will shed light on how to open these gates. The first gate is at the navel and involves the first 3 chakras. This is the physical gate. The second gate is at the heart center and involves the solar plexus and the heart. This is the emotional gate. The third gate is at the third eye and involves the throat, 6th and 7th chakras.
