Guest guest
I have found that when most people suffer from sleep apnea there is a lack of power. Do you feel like someone close to you has power over you? Does your boss have much power over you? Yoga is wonderful for many things, but most importantly I think it gives you time with yourself in silence to help you figure out all that is bothering you. Also sleep is a time when you can receive guidance, are you trying to block that guidance? Is there something that is bothering you that you feel you can do nothing about? You health lies in your hands. You have the knowledge and the power to heal yourself. Yoga and meditation are definitely food for the soul. Know there are no illnesses only disconnections from your self. Find out where you are feeling powerlessness, I bet you sleep better. Wishing you a good nights rest. Love and Light, Chrissi
