Sat Nam Gururattana,

 

I have a question regarding balancing your chakras, I know that for example

Stretch-pose w/ breath of fire is a great excercise for developing your

navel-chakra, but what about balancing overdeveloped chakras?

 

Do the excercises bring the chakras to an ideal state wether they're under-

or overdeveloped, or do you have to have to aproach them with different

excercises depending of their energy-level?
