Guest guest
Sat Nam, Someone wrote a while back asking about shaking while practicing KY. The skaking is usually an indication of a weak nervous system or of the nervous system balancing itself out or both. In general, just keep going and complete the exercise. A little shaking won't hurt you. Breath of fire plus all the other breathing and KY is designed to strengthen the nervous system. The other question was describe how to take a cold shower. Men wear underpants and women wear shorts that cover the thighs, which regulate the Ca - Mag balance. You need to stimulate yourself first with rubbing on almond oil or brushing the skin. If you start with warm water first, make sure the cold shower is long enough to open the capillaries and stimulate the circulation in the skin. Rub yourself vigorouslly, while going in and out of the cold water, massaging every part of your body but the genitals. Once I got used to finishing all showers with cold, I couldn't live without it. It makes such a difference in my energy level. This is recommended every am before yoga practice. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
