Dear Carlos,

The problem you describe can have something do to with an inner ear problem.

I know somebody who had the same symptoms. I would recommend that you talk

to a doctor about it. There are some treatments available that could help

you (medicine or easy surgery to reposition the inner ear bones or clean up

the ear canal).

For high blood pressure there is a meditation; sit in easy pose, Use the

thumb of the right hand to block the right nostril. Fingers of the right

hand are together, pointed straight up. Do breath of fire through the

left nostril while pumping the navel point in and out. The more

completely you can pull your abdomen in and push it out the more

effective will be the kriya. con. for 1-3 min. To channel the flow of

breath to the left nostril, hold the left hand under the right armpit,

with the right arm pressing in on it slightly in i's normal relaxed

position. Alas, I'm sorry, that I don't have any info on inner ear

problems. sat naam, Suki
