Guest guest
Hi! I have been interested in reading the sinus related postings. I have terrible sinus problems. Could you please give more information on the alternate nostril breathing? I would appreciate any other suggestions or information on dealing with sinus issues. Thank you. Guest guest
Sounds like what my husband suffers from. His doctor calls it stress vascular headaches (his congestion is accompanied by headache as well, though not caused by infection or allergy), a form of migraine. One thing that helps some people with this condition is to eliminate dairy from their diet. Tammy Skylined wrote: > Hi all, > > does anyone have any tips on how to deal with nasal congestion?
