I personally take a warmer shower first and wash my body. Then I put on the shorts and turn the water to cold. > wearing shorts and Ca-Mg intake complications. (That also surprises me and I am wondering how you know this is so). >From Yogi Bhajan. Also I can feel the shock if I get real cold water on my thighs. So if I am swimming in cold water I also wear tight shorts. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
Guest guest
Sadhant Singh Thanks! That advice helps. I think for now I'll try the sponge bath method. It isn't even the cold shower itself that I think is so bad. It's not having a warm environment to do this in. I have always been able to swim in the sea water here (which is very very cold) but I only do it if I can get out onto a warm and sunny beach. So I do know how invigorating cold water can be! I'm new at this and it is still a challenge for me to just get out of bed in time to do yoga before the busy day starts. Thanks again, Devinderjit Peggy Sue
