That way you learn to identify your triggers and can then take steps to counteract them. It's half the battle , understanding why we do what we do. One simple way to counteract would be to do breath of fire for a few minutes. I'm sure someone else will have better suggestions for an overall KY strategy with sets and meditations, but in the heat of the moment one needs something simple that works and can be easily done.
