I requested my name through mail and it only took a few weeks to get it back. Dairy causes excess mucus in your body and it gets built up, usualy in your sinuses. I used to use nose spray nearly every night to breathe. I have about a half or one serving of dairy a day now & never use nose spray-that's all I changed.
