My gosh, how interesting this is all becomeing about now,,,, no dairy

pdts. except for a tat, and no "nose spary" hmmmm.

the "shoulder stand" eliminates any need for nose sprays hmmmm.

Am just going by what I receive and feel inside of myself, and how I

percieve life, and would love for you to open up some more and let us all

know just what it is that you have passed through... now in your life...

I've passed through quite a bit, and am still learning every day in every

way! I hope you do not take offense from my thoughts, and email, my new

cyberfriend thru Kundalini and Yoga, for as you see yourself life is always

cherished and fulfilling and it is wonderful to meet new persons online. any

time i can.......

"If you always do what interests you,

then at least one person is pleased" - Katherine Hepburn a real trooper...

yes indeed. I loved her when she performed in all of her movies. another

entitity of awareness again..... I'm right here with all of our Causal

Plains in life.

just am very quiet about it all... Since I'm a Gemini, with multiple

personalities, it is sometimes better for me to read, listen and then

respond.. Look for the good in every form and human in life...

Spiritual name, dairy & sinus

Sat Nam! My "Christian" name is Jeanette, Bruce is my dad, so that

explains princess in my spiritual name. I requested my name through mail

and it only took a few weeks to get it back.

Dairy causes excess mucus in your body and it gets built up, usualy in

your sinuses. I used to use nose spray nearly every night to breathe. I

have about a half or one serving of dairy a day now & never use nose

spray-that's all I changed. Also, excess mucus is a great breeding

ground for unfriendly bacteria!
