Sat Nam,

Both dairy and wheat produce mucus. Cut out both and see if there is an

improvment. Plus most people are so toxic that they can't properly digest

their food. Cleansing fasts can help.

Hi all, I to deal with sinus problems, I was told by my Reiki

instructor that the #1 way for a body to detox is mucusproduction. I

agree that cleansing fasts can help. Also the alternante nostril

brehting does work. Right now I have a head & chest cold, and find it

difficult to practice much of the yoga, but the A. N. breathing really

works. sat nam suki

Sat Nam,

Mucus is the root cause of many of the diseases within our body. Prof.

Arnold Ehret has written a wonderful book titled "Mucusless Diet Healing

System". If you follow the information that he provides in this book and

combine it with your KY practice, without any doubt you will heal.
