How do you make/get it? How much do you mix into the water to prepare the spray? My husband has been battling "sinus" for years and I'm convinced that he has as infection that just keeps recurring. Living near the water where the air is often humid, damp, raw and windy doesn't help. Tell us more about Colliodal Silver for healing sinuses...
