Guest guest Posted June 9, 2000 Report Share Posted June 9, 2000 Hi every one! yesterday I finaly found a tape for kundalini yoga, so this morring I woke up and did the bigging exersize. since I have not don't yoga for about fifteen years. I found my nose cleared up. but the bagel I had for brecfest and the water I had, they came back up.
