Hi every one!

yesterday I finaly found a tape for kundalini yoga, so this morring

I

woke up and did the bigging exersize. since I have not don't yoga for

about fifteen years. I found my nose cleared up. but the bagel I had

for brecfest and the water I had, they came back up. What i was

sondering is if you do yoga befor you do anything, is it a better

chance not bringing up your food? thank you Nancy B.

HI, Yes it is best to do any form of yoga on an empty stomach or you

will most likely experience what you did. I suggest eating afterwards.
