Felicitations, List!

My name is Tracee and I am happy to find a list devoted to kundalini yoga. I

have been studying yoga off and on for many years. I've been getting back

into it lately,

and decided that the list might be a good idea.

Since subscribing(or whatever you call getting on a mailing list) I have

received one list email...is this typical of the list?
