Dear Nancy,

Yoga is to be practiced in the morning before you eat breakfast. Or if you

do it later in the day, you should have a space of at least 2 1/2 hours

after your last meal. If you eat a small snack or a piece of fruit and hour

or so before might be ok. Depends on your digestion. You are not supposed

to be very hungry or have a low blood sugar level so you have to personally

monitor the state of your body--when to eat, how much and when to do yoga.

first time, and my body experiencing things for the first time in a long

time. could my body be getting rid of some old stuff so I can do yoga

better. I know that my body has been begging me to work cleanse it out.

again thank you I will not worry about it any more. and just not eat

before yoga in the morning. Sat Nam Nancy Buxton
