Guest guest
Sat Nam Gururattan, Some weeks ago I posted this question, but I guess it got lost someway :-( My doubt is regarding the balancing of chakras ; I know that for example the stretch-pose with breath of fire is one of the most common excercises to develop the 3rd chakra, but what about overdeveloped chakras? Do the excercises balance them and bring them into an ideal level of energy or would you have to use different ones? Thank you, Henno ______________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com

Do the > excercises balance them and bring them into an ideal level of energy or > would you have to use different ones? I am not exactly sure what you mean by overdeveloped. But sometimes there is more energy in one chakra than others. In this case you work on the undeveloped chakras so that the excess energy in one or more chakras can be more evenly distributed in your whole body. You can feel the energy of one chakra supporting and giving energy to the less developed ones. You may also focus on containing the energy of the "overdeveloped" chakra in a space or place so that it balances itself out. Does that help? FYI, I will be in New Mexico between Thursday the 15th and Sunday the 15th. You won't hear from me during that time.
