Guest guest
I'd like to share a simple, inexpensive mouthwash recipe that has worked well for me. 1 quart water, boil. remove from heat and add 1 T chapparal leaves, steep for 1 hour, strain and keep in air tight, out of sunlight place. I just swish a mouthful every morning and night. It tastes kind of nasty until you get used to it. It kills the bacteria that causes cavities and my teeth have become much whiter since using it and some plaque that has been on a few of my teeth for a couple of years is coming off. Cleanings at the dentist hadn't even improved it. Hope it can help some of you. Sat Nam! Jeanette P.S. Don't swallow the mouthwash if you have any liver problems or haven't done internal cleansing. It's a powerful blood cleanser and if your body isn't up to handling the toxins from the blood.
Guest guest
HI everyone, where can find the chapparal leaves. How does one do internal cleansing. I would like to know how to do the cleansing and how to obtain any associated accessories for the same. Please provide a full length and adequate information so that it may help all those who would want to cleanse. Thank You Sat Nam chikoo >I'd like to share a simple, inexpensive mouthwash recipe that has worked >well for me. >1 quart water, boil. remove from heat and add 1 T chapparal leaves, >steep for 1 hour, strain and keep in air tight, out of sunlight place. Guest guest
Checkout "The cure for all diseases" by Hulda Regehr Clark. I followed her recipes on liver and kidney cleansing. Purged lots of liver/gall bladder stones, thus avoided the removal of gall bladder. What a great relief !!!
