Dear Henno,

 

I am so delighted Gurdass is working with you. this is a great team. when

you get Sarajits email from Spain let me know. The one I had does not work.

 

I see I never answered this. Sorry!

Then work on other chakras and they will all align and the energy domaniting

in one will be distributed.

 

I don't really think in these terms. We just keep expanding and connecting

with deeper levels of ourselves.

This is the case.

You can work with whatever level of energy you have with the exercises.

Except the kidneys (not a chakra of course. If they are exhaused you need

to be very gentle)
