I wanted to mention something we did in Yoga Class that helped me a lot. We sat in easy pose and had the right hand on top of left in lap with thumbs touching. The eyes were closed and we looked at the third eye. We inhaled slowly and then suspended the breath for 15 seconds. Then we exhaled slowly and also suspended breath after exhalation for 15 seconds. This was just a 3 minute meditation but it makes you have very good focus and concentration plus calmness. My teacher said that you also become more intuitive and won't put your foot in your mouth because you'll know what to say before you say it. He said it's a strong meditation and not to do it more than twice a day.
