Guest guest
Question: Does taking prescription drugs interfere with your yoga practice? Can someone taking tranquillizers, for example, benefit the same as another who is not taking a needed drug? thanks, Angie
Guest guest
Dear members, I am new to the list and happy can join you. In my understanding, some food include drugs does affect the condition of our eteric body which is in turn influence our Yoga practice. For instance, we have a case where our alumni feel hot sensation due to Kundalini activity burning negative energy. She thought it was illness then she took drugs. Consequently her eteric body was become dirty due to the drugs effect and this make her body temperature increase. Guest guest
Dear Angie, > Question: Does taking prescription drugs interfere with your yoga practice? Can someone taking tranquillizers, for example, benefit the same as another who is not taking a needed drug? You can definitely benefit and KY may be able to replace the tranquilizers. Do long deep breathing through the left nostril to calm yourself down. Alternate nostril breathing is also good because it calms and energizes at the same time. A close friend of mine sufferes from anxiety problems, and I was trying to convince him to do kundalini yoga. He seemed slightly interested, but I couldn't answer his question about the tranquilizers. I'll tell him about the left nostril and alternate nostril breathing. Would anyone know of any good beginner video tapes that would suit my friend here? Or perhaps a meditation tape with a suitable mantra? Many thanks. Sat nam, p.s.- Thank you Gururattan for sharing the avon story. It's true, yogis have the best skin!
