Hello All,

Recently I seem to be developing great sensitivity to prescription

medications. I rarely use them , but have had to several times in the

last few months and I seem to be getting a lot of side effects to the

point where I

've had to discontinue them. I'm wondering if this has anything to do

with my KY practice ? I've always been prone to allergies but this is a

new development - this is not allergic reactions but bad side effects.

I've been practising KY for a year and a half now. Any info gratefully

recieved !!!

Hello to all,

I am new to the list. My name is Lilly and I hope to learn

and

hopefully also contribute what I have learned.

It is my belief that prescription drugs for the most part force the

body to act in a way that it is not prepared to do. While there are

times when they may be life-saving, for the most part it would make

more sense to me to support the natural functions through natural

means. Often, a prescription drug can mask the symptoms the body is

manifesting and can have a "kick back" effect. I wouldn't put the

blame for this on KY; it's just our body's way of talking to us and

telling us that the system is not operating the way it is supposed to.

Good health to all!

Yes, there is probably a relationship. KY cleans us out and we become more

sensitive to toxins and substances that the body cannot tolerate. Your body

is telling you it doesn't like the drugs, otherwise it would not react that

way.

I have noticed the same thing with diet. My body won't tolerate sugar or

many other things passed off as food.

The good news is we are finally clear enough to listen to our bodies and

clean enough that they can talk to us. Better health and well being is the

result.

Many blessings,

Dear Gururattan,

Thank you so much for your reply about sensitivity to prescription drugs.

The good news is that I've discovered my body is doing a much better job

of healing itself these days, and I'm finding herbal remedies to be much

more effective than they used to be. All this cleansing seems to be

getting somewhere !!!!

Today I was lucky enough to attend a Breathwalk seminar with Gurucaharan,

and found it wonderful. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who has the

oppurtunity to attend.

love and blessings to all,

Avtar Kaur
