Sat Nam,

How could I miss this great opportunity to add a few drops to the cold

shower discussion. First, it is very important to wear shorts that cover

the thighs and genitals in cold water. (already discussed I know, but not

to be over

Second, we are supposed to warm ourselves up before we get into the cold.

Either by a body brush or by rubbing the body with a small amount of almond

oil.

I too live where the water is warm so cold showers are a sham here in San

Diego. I freeze water in a bowl and then add water to it in the am to wash

off my body at the end of my shower.

After 23 years of cold showers I still do not like them and cringe every

time I turn the water to cold. I just keep moving very fast to massage my

body and move in and out about 5 times. My aura loves it, so I try to focus

on that. I feel so much better afterwards. I wouldn't trade the feeling.

Also I am much more alive all day. It only hurts for a little bit and the

effects last longer than the pain.

Have a great day.

Sat Nam,

Gururattan Kaur
