Dear Nancy,

chakras open when I finely open them. is this something I need to worry

TIP--

The best policy is not to worry about anything. Then you sensititivity is

available to tune into the most appropriate method of operation and course

of action. If it feels better to have your helper be in a position closer

to your body than head then do that.

 

I just felt in the past my chakras had been closed for a

> long time and I had quite the experience reopening them. with in the last

few years since I had them open again, I have tried not to close them. but

my experience today after my ear coning, is I became light headed.

 

That is because you were not in your body and not grounded.

 

I guess my question is how can I relax myself in this process.

 

TIP-

Slow your breath down to 2-3 per minute. Keep your attention on your breath

in your body and mentally chant SAT on your inhale and NAM on your exhale.

Feel your breath in your body as a golden silk thread. Keep it every

present in your awareness. Fall in love with your breath. It is so

prescious.
