It is very comforting to be able to return to this space. I think there are other sounds besides the eternal never changing one like is like a silent buzz. But you must simply listen to discover these for yourself. What I really like is to relate to this sound and energy as my soul. It feels to me like this is who I am. I can always return to this eternal part of myself--my soul who this there with me no matter what with no judgments, opinions or conditions. This is the ultimate stress reliever. Why worry if your soul and universe are always with you and love you conditionally? Let us know your experiences. I inquired about buzzing/ringing in the head and ears last October, and Gururattan replied, 'listen to your intuition,' which I have, as it has become more exacting within me. I also asked the group about blue and white flashes of lights I see constantly. This is of the same thing, Iam thinking. Last week at the end of final meditation in KY class, I saw a large blue flash in the peripheral of my eye. The thought came to me instantly: consciousness. I also thought maybe it could be my own aura that I can see. Don't know if that is possible, but I think I am on the right track with my thoughts. If not, please let us all know. Of recent with me, I've been in a stage of rapid growth and change and don't want to slow it down now! My point is to listen to what you hear and see what you see without interpretation or trying to figure out what it is. This practice increases your sensitivity and expands your consciousness. I have noticed the number 11 come around more than any other. The ringing in my ears is so loud at times it makes me wonder who is trying to grasp my attention. I have also had dreams of a dream catcher with crystals all around it and the number 7 in yellow on a red background. Does anyone have any advice on the number thing? Yes, that is the main challenge with meditation on OM. A balance is needed. I think it is possible to hear the sound of the universe and stay present when we feel the sensations in our bodies and stay conscious of our energy. The closing meditation was very profound on me. In years gone, I've often been struck with being one with the universe, but two weeks ago was so different that I had to take notes: We are pieces of earth, love, flesh, water, cells, air, plastic, dirt, waste, disease and the tears in my eyes now. Now I know, and may my strength take me longer to go numb. We want to experience our connection with the Earth while we are here. Traditional spiritual paths take us out of the body and away from the Earth. The most painful result is that we cannot connect enough to support ourselves. I will cover this topic of spirituality and manifestation in a lesson to be sent to KYTraining the end of next week.
