Guest guest
Ok, Sadhant, how does one take the temperature of the water? with a thermometer, I know, but do you stand w/ a thermometer in the water? Is there a water thermometer or something? How do you tell that the water is approx. 56 degrees? Perhaps I've been trying to do cold showers w/ water that is too cold. Sat Nam! Honestly, I just take whatever the cold tap dishes out, so I dunno I guess the thing to do would be to stick a thermometer (any normal indoor-outdoor thermometer should do) into the flow from the regular (bath) tap, or fill up a bowl of water and measure it while you do the usual routine, brushing the back of your tongue, the oil massage, and so forth. I doubt the temp will fluctuate much - I'm sure monthly readings would be sufficient. But I know you are moving down here to Salt Lake, and the water here is just fine, so jump right in! We don' need no steenkin' hot water Sat Nam! Sadhant
