Guest guest
Sat Nam, Could you please explain the level of consciousness in relation to spiritual evolution of our spirit? I use the simple terms--asleep, awakening and awake. You can find a discussion of these in relation to each astrological sign in my newsletters available at www.yogatech.com. Press the ezine button. What is the best metric used to measure the achievement of consciousness expansion? None that I personally know of.
