However I have since lost this information due to system problems. Would the lady who responded to my message mind responding again. I don't have any video tapes, but I can recommend a really good kundalini yoga audio tape. It is called Total Fitness: http://www.brainsync.com/health.asp#totalfitness The tape has an introductory set and meditation, and once that is mastered, you can add a second set and meditation.
