Dear Gururattan,

Your lesson on the Nabhi Kriya for setting the navel point is excellent.

I am trying to work this into my schedule to practice on a daily

basis,although my practice time tends to be limited. My question is

this, it mentions to keep the lower back flat on the floor, but to

someone with lower back problems this proves difficult at times. What

would you suggest? Thanks and Sat Nam
