Kundaliniyoga is new to me yet I have adapted to the concepts very quickly and want to learn as much as possible.....Currently, I reside in the Valley of the Sun, Phoenix, AZ and it is hot!! What is it about her that draws us so? I find the Sikh ashram an amazing place. I go on my instincts a lot, and I instinctually find it a place where I can re-charge, a place where there are absolutely no worries, very sacred. There is such a wonderful energy about that sometimes I am moved to tears during the class. They are held each evening at 5:30. There is much information available, and many other meditations and classes are held there as well. I believe you can purchase 10 classes for $65 or something like that, monthly unlimited for $80. But, the first class is always free, and I would strongly recommend that you try it. There doesn't seem to be an order of difficulty, so being a beginner, just jump in and try it. My son started at the ashram when he was only 9; if he can do it, anyone can! The ashram is located at 9th St. and Oak, south of Thomas. The phone number is (602) 271-4480, e-mail is: az3ho.
